Q - You have a nice collection here, but why you are asking these high prices, when some sellers offer 30 - 50 - 100 - or 200 PDF manuals in a CD for 10.00$.. or even less , why Do I have to pay you.. ??

A - Quality has its price - If you are in the market to buy a good screwdriver, you may see a nice case with a 100pcs screwdriver collection selling for under 5.00$, yet you know the price of only one good quality screwdriver is over 20.00$....!!, The difference is that while the good quality tool will last for a lifetime, the cheap alternatives will die within their second use. The same applies to our manuals, while others sell you raw questionable quantity, we sell quality bundled with effectiveness tools, but above all we treat our customers with the respect they deserve, Qservice will never sell cheap raw files.

Q - I have purchased a Tektronix XXXX service manual from you a while ago, and yes I am impressed with its quality, but why you are now offering the same CD containing service AND operators manuals for the same price I paid ....?? Do I have to pay more to get an update with the second manual ??

A - MOST Certainly NOT - Updates containing additional information under the same part #, Are free to download to all those who have purchased the same part # in the past. All you have to do is send us email with transaction number (Paypal), and depending on the size of the file, it will either be emailed to you, or we will send you download info. If however you want to get a CD, then you will have to pay the shipping costs. This free service DOES NOT apply to LOW resolution PDF manuals.

A - You have 10 days to check your manual out, if not 100% satisfied with it, Just send it back in the same condition it was sent to you, once we get it, you will get your full payment refund, You have to contact us to get an RMA number, return shipping will be paid by you.

A few words about Qservice and "OTHER" ebay sellers

Here you will find ALL the answers to ONE question ONLY, why one ebay PDF manual seller, attacks Qservice as well as most ebay sellers also offering PDF manuals.

You see it is not easy for this guy to fight directly a superior product that is a lot better than what he is trying to sell.

He cannot, not matter what he says, offer the same quality product as we do, so he has to attack by adding a lot of BLA-BLA in his listings, most of his BLA-BLA talking is nonsense, irrelevant and have nothing to do with the product he is trying to sell, but has to do with attacking all other ebay sellers, and how bad they are treating their customers, while he is the only honest person around, and in the process he is trying to persuade customers to support "honesty" by buying his products .

The seller in question is not saying a word about his work, how he processes his documents, how clean are the documents he sells. or what quality of equipment he is using in this process.

Well his mind works in a different way " He is the one who admitted by himself works for 16 hours and he must be very tired " so he started attacking us, lowering his prices, complaining that we "obtained" his scans, etc-etc., a lot of nonsense, this is unprofessional behavior, and we are not going to fall in a trap like this.

And to also end the story and the Myth about -- added pages -- shareware begs -- source identification pages -- locks -- etc etc, or whatever else this "fellow" may invents in the process of his attacks, Please read below .

We are selling our products ready for print, in other words the same file you are getting if you buy a PDF manual, is the same file that we print our paper books, anyone who reads a book, knows that a new chapter is ALWAYS on the right hand side of the book, so if the end of the previous chapter has also happened to be on the right hand side page, the next page is blank, if you are printing a book you simply cannot skip the blank page, if you do, the printed copy will be all messed-up, ALL original manuals are structured like this, While he probably deletes blanks, I see no reason to delete the blank pages, as we state in our listing that "THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAN FROM THE ORIGINAL MANUAL" , and the original DOES have the blank pages between chapters, we also state that you can " REPRINT ANY PAGE OF THE MANUAL OR THE COMPLETE BOOK" Then it goes without saying that you cannot print the complete book, without correct structure.!!!

Locked in -- Shareware Begs -- ??

We do not use any form of shareware begs or anything like it, as we are not in any need to do so, we do add the statement in some already existing blank pages "THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAN FROM THE ORIGINAL MANUAL" And it is, along with our email address.

Content Locks ??

We do lock our documents against unauthorized removal or addition of any page, just like all commercial PDF manuals, the manuals are complete (we take this responsibility by adding the statement above) , are fully bookmarked (see our bookmarks demo page), and we also add a text searchable featured file (see our demo page ) in each CD. We see no reason for the Honest buyer wanting to change the structure of our work, if he wants to do so, well he can get himself a scanner, and make his own manual, and save his money in the process, this is our work and we have every right to protect it from "The greedy or smart " type of buyer, actually we do not want these customers, they can buy from somewhere else, if they can find the same product.

Besides we take this, and every other precaution possible, to avoid seeing our hard work selling for $ 1.99 by ebay fortune seekers, or persons that do not know what they are talking about, but sell raw manuals just for the quick buck.

And we ask you the customer, to respect our work, and our efforts, and not freely give away copies of our hard work, to self appointed Messiahs to break our encryption codes, after all it is illegal.

And while we are discussing volunteers and good Samaritans

We recently got information from one of our customers, that two copies of our manuals appeared in one of those free download sites apparently being uploaded by a misinformed person who thought he was doing a favor to the good honest customers who are all upset now about this fact, as they paid for something that is now free ,

And of course this " Nice person " didn't bother to ask our permission, although both these documents still have our logo and our email address embedded.

Another one tried to hide his act by trimming the pages and taking our Logo off before making the files public.

Acts like this do not promote good faith, as we, too, work for our living,

We are not going to loose any more time with this "Fellow", as we value our time for better things, Below are a few deeper motives for his attacks, and his lately unsafe feelings.

ANYONE with a 50$ scanner can start scanning, and by using one of the popular software packages is able to add text search ability and bookmarks to his scans, so what??, how much did this "anyone" invested for this setup to worth worry about his work being recopied and redistributed freely, so our good Samaritan he does not -- or so he says -- locks his CDs. Really didn't bother to buy any of his offerings to check it out,

But he is offering against all odds to remove all such faults as he calls them , provided that the customer sends him a "self addressed envelope and a CD", what a good fellow he is, how honest and helpful to assist everyone !!!!!, while at the same time,

HE OBTAINS A FREE COPY of the CD you sent., and also promotes his merchandise, what he is forgetting to say though, is that this action and offer is by all means Illegal and whoever is assisting him in this act is also an accessory in an illegal act ,

Now all of you know why all PDF manuals are "faulty", so you customers can send all your locked documents to this guy to, brake them, open them, remove the locks, or do whatever he wants to call it, to have it unlocked, but whatever he prefers to call this ,it is " unfair and unethical " to the supplier, and is also illegal. even with Ebay rules , but who cares to dig into this......

He is also claiming that all other Suppliers are not describing correctly their products, by not admitting such faults?? , by his confused mind our products are faulty because we have to protect our investment, while his product is free of such defects but full of other true defects that he is trying to cover under the statement " I do not remove notes made from technicians on diagrams because one may need them " OR " Sectioned diagrams are easier to use than real size scans", what a nonsense, and what a good "marketer" he is, and by the way, who has appointed this Messiah to be an ebay manual sellers judge ??. sounds like the story with the wolf looking after sheep.

Of course he purposely forgets to tell you that to take off all these unwanted notes littering a diagram. and all real scanning defects from one document you need specialized graphics software, trained personnel, and above all, lots of time, and we have to pay trained graphics personnel for this time, while he is getting away with these naive statements, and he also forgets to tell you that to be able to scan full size 17x11 you need a 1000$ scanner. or a 15000$ scanner if you want to scan long 22x11 or 34x11 diagrams, but of course sectioned diagrams can be made with a 50$ home scanner with contrast and brightness adjusted so he claims, and are better !!!!!, so why bother.

This is the difference between professionally made products and home-made products, and truth is that, the detailed and structured procedure in making a good document is expensive, while home workers can get away with a lot less, and this is understandable to a certain degree, we respect and praise everyone trying to make a living.

We can all be judged by the final product of course, but as we all know very few customers do bother to write their bad or neutral opinion about a product, while if they are happy and impressed they will simply comeback for more.

And this is what really hurts this fellow, he can see that our repeated customer list is growing and growing, from the simple fact that once a customer sees a well presented manual, he comes back forgetting all about " his previous supplier ",

Here are the Real Facts

Qservice WAS THE FIRST Ebay PDF manual supplier who offered all the expensive or time consuming add - in features in all our PDF manuals, ever since 2003, when we started our ebay sales.

1. True Hi resolution B/W scans just like all commercial PDFs, pure - clean - white pages, never gray scaling,

2. Full size diagrams Up to the Biggest commercially available size of A0, no sectioned goodies stuff.

3. Bookmarked PDFs with complete tree to the deepest level

4. Hyperlinked PDfs

5. We never offered incomplete manuals, like " manuals without diagrams "

At that time these features were unknown to all sellers, NONE of them offered any of the above, and their products were just simple off the scan sectioned copies, or free military downloads, but in their need to compete, they were forced to implement some.

Qservice was, and still is, the only Ebay seller offering All PDF manuals, in paper reprint versions of the highest quality, and this highest quality can be easily proved by examining our feedback, and this was not driven by greed, or whatever else, this was and is well within our capacity, and don't be fooled about it, no matter what anyone says about not being greedy, " it takes a lot more than words to make paper manuals "

But the quality unaware customer also sees a manual from one seller selling for XXX$$ and then sees the similar manual from another seller offered " In a package with many lower quality, or with less features manuals " for a lot less, OR the latest appearance of manuals in CD selling for under 5 $, one has to be at least naive to believe that there is any similarity between our offerings, and these

Another point to remember is that Qservice respects all copyright laws and restrictions, while others do not, we also do respect all ebay regulations for FTP download offers in listings, or links offering sales outside of ebay, we do not, ... as we are NOT greedy or after a quick buck.

So sellers attacking Qservice would better look after themselves, and their "poor -- equal -- better -- or superior products", and let the customers make their own decisions, If anyone else thinks he has the capacity to supply a better or more featured product, he has every right to prove it, but do so without attacking others, as attacks bring more attacks, more attacks bring more, and so on....

We are here to give honest customers exactly what is pictured and described in our demo pages, we don't need to follow anyone's poor examples, in samples, links, or ebay listing bla-bla , or "obtain" other's home made substandard scanned products, we offer THE product, It is by all standards a professional product, and we are real, not "self proclaimed" professionals because we do what we do, and the way we do it, follows standard procedures (see our demos).
