By this, your purchase is guaranteed 100% that it will not be lost, stolen, or just misplaced, you will have to sign to get it, otherwise (in case you were not there to sign) it stays in your local post office, waiting for you.

This service is expensive, but when you consider the frustration involved with a lost - damaged package, then you will realize that paying the extra $$ , is more than justified, especially if you have purchased an expensive item.

We try to ease the shipping payment by squeezing our profit, and providing a flat worldwide shipping rate for our CDs, this in actual terms means, that we do pay more than we are charging, this can be easily seen by the stamps on the package, "" do not forget to convert euros to US $$ "", for hard copied books however, things are quite different, it really costs a lot of money to send a paper book airmail, but again we are trying to charge you the exact shipping costs, either by squeezing our profit again, and offering flat rates, or by providing low shipping rates, we DO NOT charge any handling or whatever else fees, and just for an added protection we fully insure all packages with our expenses.

We are so confident about the quality of our copied manuals, that we offer money back warranty, for all our hard copied reprinted manuals, provided of course that there is a reason for the return, but unfortunately we also have to deal with some " bad guys" asking for a refund after copying the CD, and as all of you know a CD is very easily copied, although we have taken measures against this to preserve our work, like encryption, invisible numbering, and content lock, we cannot refund money for CDs, unless for some reason it proves to be faulty " bad tracks " or damaged " unreadable " , in which case we will replace it with free shipping as well. Please note that you cannot use any acrobat reader prior to V5.0 to read any of our CDs.

Although we always supply the best and more complete PDF manuals around " See our demos ", we do try to improve our products by adding more information, when this becomes available, so if you have purchased any manual from us, say for example Tek XXXX spectrum analyzer, and in any future time we add more information in it, like operators manual, or programming manual, or application notes, you are entitled to a FREE addition.

Unfortunately we do not have the manpower to look after this ourselves, but if you see a newer version than the one you have purchased, advertised anywhere, or in our ebay shop, then you must ask for it.

However if you want the additional information in a CD then you will have to send 4.20 euro (Overseas) 4.00 euro (E.U.) or the equivalent in US$$ for the exact cost of registered shipping as above.
